From Houston take I-45 north.  Just before you get to Conroe take loop 339 to the right.  Go to Hwy. 105 and turn right.  Go about 6 miles and see location on right.  Look for auction signs.

                       

TERMS: Cash, Approved checks up to $5,000, Visa, MasterCard.  Letters of guarantee must be in our office no latter than the 17th of April by 4pm.  13% BP.

Load-out:  No load-out during the auction.  Only after payment is made you can load-out small items for an hour after the auction.  Load-out will be Sun thru Tuesday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Tuesday will be the deadline.
